CLERK TO LOCAL GOVERNING BODY

NGC Scale 4 or 5 (dependent on experience), £12.13 – 15.12 per hour (circa £1820 per annum)

Permanent contract, 150 hours per annum, (any additional hours will be paid at the respective hourly rate)

Trinity High School & Sixth Form centre, part of the Bordesley MAT is looking for a competent Clerk with excellent secretarial, typing and word processing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in minute taking and the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels is desirable.

In order to promote and ensure consistency of communication throughout the Trust, the appointed person will act as Clerk to the Local Governing Board and Committees of Trinity High School, and maintain communication with the Trust regarding compliance.

About Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre

Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Worcestershire, serving students from the age of 13-18. The secondary school, situated in Redditch has approximately 934 students on record.

Formerly Redditch County High School, the school opened in 1932, being renamed to Abbey High School in 1974 when it changed from a grammar to a comprehensive school. The school reopened as Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre in 2001, and in the same same year converted to academy status. It was identified as good by Ofsted in 2015.
