CLERKING SERVICE TO THE TRUSTEES & GOVERNING BODY

OF ENFIELD GRAMMAR SCHOOL

We are seeking to appoint a highly professional clerking service for the Trustees and Governing Body of Enfield Grammar School.

The successful applicant will support the Governing Body and Trustees in ensuring that their meetings run efficiently as well as providing guidance on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.  Due to the unique structure of the governing body and trust at the school this role is broader than a typical clerking role with an extension of interesting tasks and responsibilities.

The service requires flexible working for approximately 7 hours per week with a pricing structure paying an equivalent rate of £15.00 per hour. Duties outside of the inclusive meeting rate will attract the same hourly rate of £15.00.

Meetings are mainly held on a Thursday evening from 6.00pm during term time.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and anyone providing services to the school is expected to share this commitment.

A full contract specification and application form can be found on the school website www.enfieldgrammar.com
