Cronton Sixth Form College is a highly popular and successful Sixth Form College conveniently located within easy reach of Liverpool, Manchester and Chester.  Cronton Sixth Form College currently caters for over 1,400 16-18 students, the majority of whom are studying at Level 3 on either A Level or Vocational programmes.

The College has celebrated many recent successes:

• The Department for Education performance tables show that Cronton is the best performing College in the UK for Vocational and second for A Level points per entry
• 99% A Level pass rate and 80% high grades
• 100% Vocational pass rate and 72% triple distinction grades
• Graded Excellent for Added Value (ALPS)

Our dedicated Prestigious Universities Programme provides support, skills and experiences to prepare students for entry to Oxbridge and other prestigious universities.  Alongside this we run a unique Professional Studies Programme which focuses on three highly competitive career pathways; Tomorrow’s Doctors, Tomorrow’s Lawyers and Tomorrow’s Teachers.  These programmes have been developed by specialists in their professional fields in order to equip students to compete with the very best and prepare them to be true professionals.
