Oldershaw School is an 11-19 co-educational comprehensive situated in the borough of Wirral, which is an easy commute from Liverpool and Chester. Our over-subscribed School is looking to appoint an energetic, motivated and ambitious Clerk to the Board of Trustees.  They will be expected to provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative support to the Trust Board in the performance of its statutory obligations. 

The role is term time only and part time, the hours will be flexible across the year to meet the needs of the Trust Board and sub-committees.  The specific arrangements regarding the number of hours required will be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant.  The majority of meetings take place in the late afternoon or early evening. Administration will be carried out from home.  A flexible approach to working hours is essential as the successful candidate may be asked to service additional meetings in order to meet the governance needs of the Trust.  

Additional training and development will be considered for the right candidate.
