Cluster HR Officer -  Beckfoot Trust is looking to appoint a Cluster HR Officer to support the Beckfoot Heaton Cluster - The role would suit an aspiring or experienced HR professional as Beckfoot Trust provide career pathways for HR staff to develop in line with skills and the needs of the Trust.  We welcome applications from candidates who are pursuing a career in HR and meet the minimum requirements outlined on the person specification as well as candidates with CIPD level 3 and 5 qualifications and relevant skills.  Salary and role expectations will be adjusted to suit.

The Cluster HR Officer supports the Cluster Business Manager in managing general HR activities and employee relations as well as leading HR organisational support for assigned schools.  There is scope for the post-holder to develop initiative and provide people focused HR solutions for a wide range of employee relations with key stakeholders as well as coach managers on people management issues.
