Cluster Premises Manager

If you are passionate about premises and facilities management, and you have a positive "can do" attitude, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you! GLF are looking to appoint a Cluster Premises Manager to lead effectively on all aspects of premises management over a small cluster of primary schools in Surrey, consisting of 4 primary schools - Warren Mead Schools Partnership, Cuddington Croft Primary School, Banstead Infants School and The Vale Primary School.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of, or qualifications in Health and Safety, project management experience and have a good working knowledge of site maintenance. Reporting directly to the Regional Estates Partner, you will manage the premises team across these schools, oversee contractors for all works and be responsible for improving and maintaining our school sites in a cost-effective way.

The Details

Start date: As soon as possible

FTE Salary: £33,000

Pay Range: GLF Senior Specialist

Hours of work: Full time 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
