Job overview
Join Us as Vice Principal – Yorkshire Cluster
We are seeking an inspiring and committed Vice Principal to join our Yorkshire Secondary Cluster and help shape the future of education across our schools. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within a vibrant, forward thinking cluster and become part of United Learning, one of the United Kingdom’s largest and most influential multi academy trusts.
The Yorkshire Cluster includes Fir Vale Academy, Sheffield Park Academy, and Sheffield Springs Academy. You will be based at the school where your leadership is most needed, working collaboratively across the cluster to drive improvement and impact.
As part of United Learning, you’ll benefit from access to national networks, professional development, and shared expertise. Locally, our cluster model offers rich opportunities for joint working, career progression, and leadership development.
If you are passionate about unlocking student potential, driven to make a real difference, and ready to lead with purpose, innovation, and heart, this is your moment.
Your Role
As Vice Principal, you will lead on raising attainment and driving excellence in teaching and learning. You will support students with low reading abilities and those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring they receive the help they need to thrive. You will champion inclusive education and support all students to achieve their full potential.
You will also be a visible, approachable leader who is trusted by students, families, staff, and the wider community. Your ability to build strong, positive relationships will be central to your success.
