We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Estates Area Manager to join our team based around Cambridgeshire.
Working as part of a small-dedicated team within a group of our academy sites, you will line manage and work with site teams in the region to develop planned preventative maintenance schedules of activities, helping them understand the importance of small repairs and maintenance scheduling to reduce long term failure of buildings.
You will support and deputise the Director of Estates in the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of all academies and managed establishments across the trust.
The post holder will have responsibility for preparing reports and presenting them to the Academy’s local council teams and the Premises Committee. They will have significant responsibility in managing their regions trust buildings, this includes working alongside the Director of Estates/CEO/Principals to ensure that PPM schedules, budgets and programs remain financially viable at all times.
Ideally you will have knowledge and experience in maintain multiple large public building, operating fire and security systems, budget management and Health and Safety legislation. For full information on responsibilities please see the attached Job Description.
