 The person Redhill is looking for will:

Þ Have good subject knowledge of English and be a strong classroom practitioner who is capable of achieving outstanding outcomes for all students 

Þ The ability to teach English Language and English Literature

Þ Be committed to consistently deliver the highest quality of teaching. Passionate about differentiating so that every student is continually motivated and progressing to their full potential

 Þ Be innovative, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching with a genuine interest in young people and their development.
