We are looking for a motivational leader for the Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC). This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark managing a college with a diverse and talented student body and a committed, high-performing team. We would especially welcome applications from Black and Minority Ethnic candidates who are currently under-represented in leadership roles.

NTIC is a highly successful joint educational partnership between Kaplan International Pathways and Nottingham Trent University and has been operating for over 16 years, based on the University’s City campus. We are looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative team player who can build on this success and drive the College in the next phase of its development.

As College Director at NTIC, you will be responsible for the leadership and direction of the College. Your focus will be to ensure that the College delivers an exceptional educational experience to each student – from the quality of the teaching through to the standard of facilities, to the high level of customer service from all staff in the college and the successful progression to the Nottingham Trent University.

In addition to candidates coming from an international education, pathways or higher education background, we are interested in hearing from candidates working in secondary education or FE settings, looking to broaden their leadership experience beyond their specialist area.

Salary: £65k per annum + bonus + benefits
