The Principal of Cardiff Sixth Form College invites applications for the post of College Secretary.
The College Secretary is a key member of the Administration team who contributes significantly to the smooth and professional working of the College by offering clerical and administrative support in order to optimise efficiency. As a public-facing ambassador of the College, they demonstrate the highest professional standards at all times. Exceptional administrative skills, flexibility, the ability to work under guidance to deadlines as well as being self-directed and showing initiative are key characteristics of the post-holder. The College Secretary supports all members of the community by planning and distributing information effectively; being a point of reference for all queries and triaging information efficiently.
This role will add significantly to our potential to achieve our administrative mission of efficient, supportive, compliant systems which both complement and lead provision. The person will join a professional and modern college with a committed, cohesive staff body who enjoy working together to deliver exceptional educational opportunities to bright, motivated and dynamic young people.
