The Head of Cardiff Sixth Form College invites applications for the post of College Wellbeing Officer to join the existing boarding team to provide pastoral care of the highest standard that inspires our able and ambitious students to develop as young people outside of the classroom
The role of College Wellbeing Officer is to provide additional welfare and pastoral support for the students of the college who are predominantly international and under pressure to achieve highly. This includes supporting attendance, assisting with known welfare concerns and helping students cope with the anxieties and pressures of rigorous academic studies, whilst maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The role also has a wider scope within staff wellbeing and overseeing CPD provision
