We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join us as a School Staff Instructor for our Combined Cadet Force. The focus of this role is to ensure that the CCF unit conducts a safe system of training, by ensuring that all training is conducted through a safe practice, in a safe place, by a safe, competent, qualified person with safe equipment.
This role is for 20 hours per week, which is shared equally between our two contingents, Brompton Academy parade on Tuesdays, and Chatham Grammar parade on Thursdays. The contract is term time, plus days to accommodate attendance at CCF camp.
It is an essential requirement that applicants have a military background, ideally of a senior rank, and experience of working with young people would be an advantage. Please see the job description for details of typical duties and requirements of the role.
