Position Level: Grade 4

Position Salary: $80 205 to $91 142 (based on skills and experience).

Employment Term: 3 years (with the possibility of extension based on performance).

Working as part of the Communications and Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Officer, Communications and Marketing you will be responsible for providing a broad range of marketing and communication support and advice for the Catholic Education Office and related Schools. Each school has a marketing officer or team member responsible for the day to day marketing activities with the Catholic Education Office’s Communications and Marketing team providing ongoing support and advice across areas of communications, marketing including digital, publications and social media in support of overall brand management.

Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra & Goulburn (CE) plays an integral role in education both in the ACT and NSW, covering 88,000 square kilometres covering the whole of the ACT and extending from Pambula on the south coast, to Crookwell in the North, through to the western point of Lake Cargelligo. Operating 56 Schools and 8 Early Learning Centres, CE is key to the education of over 21,000 students within the Diocese and employing over 2,100 professionals.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CEO policy.
