Job overview
We are seeking to recruit a Communication Support Worker to support our fantastic students, especially those with communication difficulties due to a hearing impairment. Candidates with suitable experience, motivation and commitment have the opportunity to apply for the role.
Isebrook SEN College is a successful specialist setting for students aged 11-18 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities.
The position will be predominantly class based supporting named students, however there will be opportunity to develop our provision across the college. We welcome applications from candidates who have a minimum of BSL Level 2qualification, experience and understanding of working with children with special educational needs in schools.
