Pro rata £21,338 - £23,106 (dependent on experience)
St. Augustine’s C.E. High School is a medium sized mixed comprehensive school situated on the doorstep of central London, in Kilburn. The school is fully inclusive and promotes excellence in learning, seeking to ensure that all students are the best that they can be; our dedicated staff are focused on quality and achievement whilst ensuring the happiness and well-being of our community.
We are seeking an enthusiastic communication and Support Worker qualified and to join our dynamic deaf support provision team. We are particularly looking for candidates with level 3 British sign language (BSL).
The successful applicant will be:
- Able to motivate and engage students
- Help students understand and produce written material in class.
- Enable Deaf learners to make independent choices and learn from their own experiences.
- Build and develop relationships internally and externally
