Diverse Academies has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Communications and Engagement Manager to join our Trust.

In this role you will shape the delivery of communications and engagement strategy, with a particular emphasis on supporting the establishment of fundraising and development work, in line with Trust strategic priorities and school improvement plans.

The successful candidate will work with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to ensure a coherent and consistent approach is applied to communications, branding and messages.

Founded in September 2011, Diverse Academies is a multi-academy trust consisting of 14 academies – six secondary, six primary and two special – across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

We have an established framework of core principles and practice to which all our academies subscribe, which are developed and agreed on in collaboration.
