We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who will play a key role working with the Senior Leadership team in enhancing the reputation of the school and delivery of successful Communication and Events.  This will be a busy ‘hands on’ role with responsibility for the school website and social media accounts, keeping up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You will also be responsible for the delivery of school events such as school trips, parents evening, open evenings, presentation evenings and concerts.  In addition to this you will be the key contact and coordinator for our unique partnership with Mill Hill Independent School.

The successful candidate will be able to anticipate needs, discern work priorities, meet deadlines with little supervision and have a flexible and intelligent approach. The successful candidate will manage the external and internal communications by driving the content of the School’s website and social media accounts and will also produce the schools’ internal communications.

The successful candidate will be expected to: 

• have previous experience in a customer facing role and at least one year’s experience of organising and running events

• will have excellent planning, communication and administrative skills and be a proficient user of the MS Office suite

• be committed to our ethos of high expectations without excuses or exceptions, with the belief that every child can succeed

• have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupils

• have an interest in and commitment to working with, supporting the development of, and safeguarding children

We have approximately 1000 students on role, 120 of which are enrolled in our thriving Sixth Form which is in the top 12% of schools for A Level results. We offer both A-Level and Vocational pathways and we boast an excellent success rate in University applications.
