37 hrs per week, Permanent

Grade 10 up to Grade 11 – £32,020 – £34,723 placement dependent upon qualification and experience. 

This post offers a new and exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Communications, Marketing & Media Officer professional to join the highly acclaimed Cumbria Education Trust, the largest school-based multi-academy trust in Cumbria.

We are looking for an exceptional Communications, Marketing & Media (CMM) Officer, to join our Business Operations Team and deliver our new CMM Strategy. 

As a key member of the Trust’s wider central support team, the postholder will play an important role in supporting the direction of the Trust at a time of expansion and growth. 

The role will focus on enhancing CET’s brand, in line with our values, and instilling this throughout our schools. At CET, we want to ensure that we deliver first class CMM and you will provide expert CMM advice and guidance throughout the Trust.  

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results focused individual, who has excellent communication skills and is passionate about providing a high quality CMM service.

You will have experience of creating effective Communications Plans and delivering campaigns from concept to completion. You will also have experience of writing compelling content and evaluating the performance of campaigns and communication techniques, to ensure continual improvement.
