Salary: Grade 5, Point 13+ (currently £24,948 pro rata)

39 weeks, term time only, full-time (approximately £21,388 per annum actual)

Start Date: 1 September 2023 (permanent contract)

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic community bilingual teaching assistant to support Romanian and Romani speaking pupils and their families. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in developing community links and providing support in school for both new arrivals and more advanced bilingual learners.

About Abraham Moss Community School

Abraham Moss Community School is a mixed, mainstream, non-denominational all-through school in Crumpsall, Manchester and is a part of The Dean Trust. It caters to students aged between three and sixteen and has approximately 1,653 pupils enrolled.

Abraham Moss Community School was founded in 1973 and was named after Abraham Moss, who was Lord Mayor of Manchester from 1953 to 1954.
