Responsible to: Director of Corporate Services

We are looking to appoint an individual to be responsible for the management of facilities lettings. With an extensive range of sporting and other facilities on site, the creation of this role provides an exciting opportunity to develop the use of the site by both existing and new users. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a high level of customer service, have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.

The role will include:

Development of, and management of, the community lettings provision as a financially viable business.

Promotion and marketing of facilities, working with the communications team to ensure web pages are accurate, relevant and up to date.

Managing bookings, fees and charges and the maintenance of equipment. Working during the evenings and weekends to facilitate lettings users and being the designated member of staff for out of hours health & safety, fire safety, first aid and site security. 

Working with wider teams to raise awareness of health and sports and engage people in physical activity.
