Blessed Robert Sutton Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust, are looking to recruit two Community Lettings Officers to join their supportive team.
Our Community Lettings Officers play an important part in overseeing the School’s evening and weekend lettings, ensuring customers are appropriately serviced in accordance with the school’s Lettings Policy.
The role will require the successful candidate to:
Undertake opening of the school and monitoring the premises, locking and unlocking the premises and carrying out security checks Preparing for and dealing with the lettings and external users of the building during periods of hire Cleaning of areas used Management of parking and security of the building.
Our Community Lettings Officers are also required to support the premises team where necessary with the ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities and changes in routine.
Please note, the role is on a shift basis working alternative weeks; 14.5 (Monday, Saturday and Sunday) and 21 hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), and the post holder will be regularly working outdoors and will sometimes be exposed to the weather in doing so.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Work experience in a letting, cleaning or security role. Excellent customer service skills An awareness of Health and Safety.
