Job overview

We are looking to appoint an individual to take responsibility across the Foundation for managing its regulatory compliance related activities, as well as principal responsibility for coordinating Health & Safety.  

You will:  

• Be an articulate individual, able to communicate with a wide range of audiences. 

• Have strong influencing and negotiating skills. 

• Be analytical.  Able to undertake audits, set targets, monitor and evaluate progress. 

• Have strong organisational or administrative skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.  

The successful candidate should hold a NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent and have experience in a similar role, ideally in a large school or education environment, with an excellent knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.   

The post is full time all year round, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.30 am – 5.00 pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
