We are looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to address the increasing levels of regulatory compliance required by independent schools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the School’s arrangements for ensuring that the organisation is compliant with relevant legislation including, but not limited to; Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), regulatory requirements, National minimum standards for Boarding Schools (NMS), child protection and safeguarding legislation, current UK health, safety, environment and fire, current UK data protection legislation and current UK copyright legislation.
A legal or compliance background preferred.
