Full time – 37.5 hours per week full year
Required to support the Senior Management Team and the HR function with compliance across the school; we are looking for an excellent administrator with experience in compliance, policy management and implementation. The role will work closing with HR to ensure safer recruitment practices are maintained across both school sites and with other key stake holders throughout the school with regard to all regulatory areas including ISI regulations and Health and Safety. A successful candidate with have an agile mind with the ability to interpret guidance and regulatory updates and assist with translating changes to relevantly worded polices and procedures. A natural strong attention to detail and flexibility working style will be essential.
