DETAILS:
We are seeking a successful Computer Science Teacher in the Secondary School who should be able to teach CS up to KS5. Practical resources are plentiful, and expectations are high for achievement for all students. Building and maintaining positive relationships is an essential part of maximising student progress. Our school follows the English national curriculum to IGCSE and IAL, accredited by Cambridge and Pearson examination boards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A relevant bachelor’s degree.
PGCE or PGDE and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
KS5 teaching experience is advantageous.
We may accept applications from outstanding Early Career Teachers (ECT's).

All members are encouraged to express their views, but are expected to work to the majority decision or the final decision of the Head of School
Manage the sometimes, conflicting needs of transparency and confidentiality, at all times working as one team with the staff.
Avoid the ‘them and us’ ethos.
Undertake specific tasks reasonably delegated by the School Leadership.

Kuwait English School was established in 1978 and is the learning home of a very special community of 2500 students (ages 3 – 19 years), parents, educationalists, administrators and management.
