Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join our IB Diploma Programme (DP) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Computer Science education, fostering technological curiosity, and inspiring students to excel in a digital-first world. This role also includes contributing to STEM-focused extracurricular activities such as coding and robotics clubs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology Education, or a related field (required by the Cyprus Ministry of Education).
- 7+ years of teaching experience in Computer Science, with a strong preference for IB MYP and/or DP experience.
- Proven track record of academic success and innovative teaching practices.
- Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and inquiry-based learning methodologies.
- Digital Competency: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms that enhance teaching and learning.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within a diverse team of educators.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Capacity to inspire students and support colleagues in technology integration.
Recruitment Process:
- Panel Interview — With the Head of School, Head of Secondary School and Employee Success Manager (30–45 minutes).
- Online Trial Lesson — Demonstrate teaching proficiency in a virtual classroom setting (60 minutes).
- Final Interview — Meet with the Founder and CEO (30 minutes) - optional.
Optional: House Parent Role
This position includes the possibility of additional responsibilities as a House Parent in the school’s Boarding House. This role involves:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of boarding students.
- Supervising daily routines, including meals, study, and rest.
- Building positive relationships and providing mentorship.
- Organizing community-building activities and recreational events.
- Maintaining communication with parents and school staff.
- Upholding boarding house policies and child protection regulations.

Our Campus
Currently we are operating in a temporary campus, opened in September 2022 which includes 3 areas: Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary School as well as outdoor sport courts, playgrounds, canteen, 2 art studios, 2 music rooms and 2 libraries.
Future Campus
Drawing inspiration from renowned educational projects worldwide and working in collaboration with one of the leading architectural bureaus, we are about to shape the future of our school. Among other features, the permanent campus will include 5 laboratories, 2 art studios, swimming pool, sports base for both indoor and outdoor activities and much more.
By 2026, we aim to bring our vision to life and establish a vibrant educational environment for global citizens. This inclusive space will cater to the needs of our students, parents, teachers and international specialists, fostering mutual support and collaboration.
