Computer Science Teacher

International Maarif Schools, a leading educational institution in Iraq committed to academic excellence and holistic development, is seeking an experienced Computer Science Teacher to join our Design and Technology department. This position involves teaching the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) curriculum at the High/Secondary School level.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 7 years

Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons in computer science, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students, preparing students for IB assessments, and contributing to curriculum development within the department.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years teaching experience in secondary education
- Proven expertise with the IB Diploma Programme curriculum
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, algorithms, data structures, and software development principles
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into classroom instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
