We are seeking to appoint a Consequences Co-ordinator, with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support within the school which promotes equality within and values the diversity of the school community. You will be required to work closely with our Deep Support Team to support the provision for students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and develop their potential.

The School was recently judged to be 'Good' in all areas by Ofsted. The report recognised our 'culture of care' and the welcoming environment that you would be joining if you were a member of staff here. There was also recognition of the 'strong emphasis on staff development'; if you are passionate about education and improving your practice, you are guaranteed to be given excellent CPD opportunities.

The team at Outwood Hindley is exceptional; there is a strong sense of teamwork and staff demonstrate commitment to transforming the lives of our students and modelling the behaviours that lead to them being successful in the widest sense. Similarly our students are kind, welcoming, well-mannered and keen to try their best and improve. Outwood is a proud 'family' of schools and at Hindley we are absolutely committed to the core principles of the trust: we put students first in everything we do and we want to transform the lives of the students in our care.

If you have a similar passion for improving the life chances of young people, we are very keen to meet you and welcome you to our team.

We believe that all support staff within our Family of Schools are key posts in terms of securing student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences. As such we are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious individuals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.

The successful candidate will have high aspirations for students, is committed, and passionate about learning; who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First’. The role of the Student Behaviour Administrator is to be the gatekeeper of the consequences system. You will manage the procedures to log and track data to provide reports and accurate information for the Senior Leadership team, as such the successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively under pressure, be a reliable, organised and conscientious individual who is a flexible team worker and shows initiative.
