Job overview
Manor Croft Academy are looking to appoint a Consequences Gatekeeper to join our academy team in November 2021. Under the direction of senior staff, you will co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising standards of behaviour for learning.
Hours: 37 hours per week / term time only plus 5 days (39 weeks) / permanent.

Our learners demonstrate a relentless desire to succeed and show high levels of engagement, interest and resilience when learning new skills and knowledge. The vast majority of its intake comes from its four main feeder primary schools.
