Construction Mentor - Ash Grove School

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate practitioner to support inclusive practice and pastoral care across the school. The role involves delivering targeted interventions for pupils with barriers to learning, building confidence, monitoring progress, and providing feedback. You will work closely with staff to ensure consistency in behavioural development and academic progress, while taking responsibility for the pastoral care and wellbeing of students under your remit. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school environment.

Why Join Ash Grove School

Ash Grove School, formally Spring Lane School, is a specialist Pupil Referral Unit, dedicated to providing tailored education and support for young people facing challenges in mainstream education.
