South Staffordshire College require two dedicated and enthusiastic construction teachers to support our growing construction provision. The successful applicants will clearly demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent learning opportunities to our bricklaying and multi occupations learners and learners on our Level 3 Extended Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment programme.

The successful applicants will also have duties relating to the development of our college construction provision and will be involved with many offsite projects and visits.  They will take an active role in the learner recruitment process, manage and support learners through their study programmes and help run promotional events to raise the profile of our construction provision.

Essential qualifications for this role include relevant industrial / trade qualifications to at least level 3 and  relevant experience within the bricklaying and construction industry. 

The ideal candidates will hold or be working towards a professional teaching qualification and have delivery experience and a genuine interest in delivering practical and theoretical sessions as well as providing support and inspiration to our learners.
