Construction Tutor (Flexi role)

As a Construction Tutor, you will work with groups of entry level students to motivate them to achieve their personal targets whilst training in a practical environment.

With support from curriculum managers, you will plan activities that will help these groups of students progress whilst at college.

You will be a highly self-motivated, energetic and driven individual, encompassing a strong sense of autonomy. You will possess strong presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate achievement of targets.

This position will suit professionals who have a passion in supporting young people with social emotional and mental health supporting them to improve their career paths. The right person must be flexible in their delivery of teaching methods and have the ambition to be creative demonstrating initiative. You will also be delivering Construction to support some young people in our adjoining KS3 provision.

We can provide a full teacher training programme for individuals looking to pass on their experience to the next generation within construction. A passion for helping leaners develop their confidence, enthusiasm, and skills is a must!
