Truro and Penwith College has a number of vacancies across a range of new European Social Fund (ESF) projects, which will address skills gaps and support individuals with training and information, advice and guidance across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

ESF INNOVATION IN HIGHER LEVEL SKILLS

This partnership project will deliver an employer-led approach to improve local business engagement with higher level skills through the development and trialling of innovative new provision and delivery models.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to take responsibility for the development, contract management and delivery of the ESF Innovation in Higher Level Skills project, which will be managed by Truro and Penwith College on behalf of a partnership of five universities and colleges. The post holder will ensure the successful delivery of the partnership’s performance and project outputs and should operate in a way which is both cost effective and promotes synergy with mainstream provision.  Applicants should have a proven track record in successful operational project delivery and an understanding of both higher level skills provision and European funded activity. The ideal candidate would also be adept at establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including project partners and funding bodies. Access to or use of transport is required.
