We are seeking an experienced and effective Contract Manager to join our highly regarded Estates team and help shape the delivery of cleaning services to the College.

Reporting to the Facilities and Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within DCG and ensuring delivery of a consistently excellent quality of service both within cleaning and the wider facilities provision.

You'll ensure that best practices are followed for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable learning and working environment is attained for DCG students and employees. 

The successful applicant will have recent relevant experience of contract provision and quality management within the cleaning industry or an FM environment and will be looking to develop their career within an environment which brings many challenges but also many opportunities to deliver an excellent service provision.  

Proven people management skills, priority setting and a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role are also essential to this role
