Coordinator of Early Years Foundation Stage

Due to significant growth, we are looking for a dynamic and collaborative Coordinator of Early Years Foundation Stage 

You will be a key leader in the primary school aiming to provide the best learning experience and holistic, personal development for our youngest students. 

In so doing, the successful candidate will use their educational leadership ability to help create a vibrant and innovative teaching and learning environment that secures excellence for all.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Head of School you will play a lead role in:

• Providing vision, leadership and direction – particularly in Early Years Foundation Stage

• Developing an active and creative learning environment for children of all abilities

• Managing a team of teachers and assistants  

• Ensuring the very best teaching, learning and pastoral well being

• Positively working with parents/carers

• Evaluating school performance and identifying priorities for continuous improvement

Person specification

Applicants should have:

• A minimum of three years teaching experience

• Experience of taking responsibility in Early Years Foundation Stage in either in the UK or international setting 

• A Bachelor degree and a recognised teaching certification

• Good communication and technology skills.
