Core Catering Manager

St. John's School LeatherheadSurrey

40 hours per week, 43 weeks per annum (term time plus additional weeks agreed in advance)

Commencing early 2022, the School requires an exceptional manager to support a busy and highly successful catering department by taking the lead in managing and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all areas of core catering and providing an excellent high-level quality hospitality service. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative person with excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills to join a team delivering an outstanding catering service to internal and external stakeholders. 

The postholder will have proven experience of working in a busy and varied hospitality management role, have the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload, and enjoy working as part of a team. Hands on experience in customer service and sound understanding of food preparation and food safety are essential.
