In the MENA region alone, we own and operate over 60 schools, serving in excess of 130,000 students. With a network of international schools, we strive to create an inclusive and diverse learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential. We believe in fostering a culture of inclusion, where every student feels valued, respected, and supported.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Inclusion to join our team in Dubai. As the Head of Inclusion, you will play a vital role in creating a culture of inclusion and promoting diversity across our network of schools. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive inclusion strategies and initiatives to ensure all students, regardless of their background or abilities, have equal opportunities for success.

As Head of Inclusion/SEND you will:

  • Be a highly successful and proven Inclusion/SEND leader in a Multi Academy Trust, Local Authority, District or across multiple schools, with a track record of educational excellence and tangible outcomes.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills that will enable you to motivate and inspire your colleagues and develop productive relationships at all levels.
  • Be a passionate educator and have a recent working knowledge of SEND and Inclusion practice at the highest level, keeping up to date professionally and educationally.

Some International experience or exposure would be helpful but is not essential. An openness to quickly understand and embrace the culture and opportunities that working in a diverse international company brings, is essential.
