We are seeking to appoint a Part Time Counselling Co-Ordinator (working 22.2 hours per week). The candidate is directed by the Divisional Lead Manager and Head of Department will deliver high quality, learner focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards, in line with TMC policies and procedures. The chosen candidate will work with Head of Departments and Department Team Leaders in the management of resources and budgets to meet the needs of the provision. They will coordinate the counselling provision from L2 to L5 and lead on the achievement of successful BACP accreditation.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

  • Must be qualified to at least level 4 in counselling area
  • Must have BACP individual accreditation
  • Willing to work towards a teaching qualification
  • Practicing counsellor
  • Energetic, forward thinking and comfortable working in a team
