Worum es sich handelt
Wir suchen einen Country Manager (m/w) für die DACH Region, mit Standort Berlin für die Leitung der Business Development und Marketing Tätigkeiten um die Cambridge English Prüfungen in den DACH Ländern, mit Schwerpunkt Deutschland. Der erfolgreiche Bewerber wird sicherstellen, dass wir das Marktpotenzial in seinen Schlüsselsegmenten völlständig erschließen.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung des Business Plans für die DACH Region zusammen mit dem Regional Commercial Head Europe, sowie die Erfüllung der Zielvorgaben für Umsatzwachstum im Rahmen der vereinbarten Budgets
- Gesamte Verantwortung für Vertrieb und Antreiben des Vertriebsprozesses in Deutschland und Österreich, mit hoher Reisetätigkeit sowohl für neue als auch bestehenden Kunden, sowie Management eines Teams part-time Business Development Consultants
- Koordinierung der Business Development Manager Schweiz and Marketing Manager DACH
- Unterstützung weiterer Funktionen in der Region; Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recognition Manager für maximale Anerkennung der Cambridge English Zertifikate in DACH, sowie mit Network Services zur Unterstützung der Prüfungszentren und der Kunden
- Aufbau der Beziehungen mit den wichtigsten Stakeholders in der Region (Institutionen, Regierungsbehörden und Prüfungszentren)
- Verantwortung für das Büro in Berlin, unter vollständiger Erfüllung der internen und externen Anforderungen und Abläufe.
Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über einen relevanten Hochschulabschluß, sind proaktiv und begeistert von den Bildungschancen, die durch eine internationale Zertifizierung eröffnet werden. Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sind entscheidend, ebenfalls die Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und Beziehungen zu unseren Stakeholders aufzubauen.
Sie bringen ein GER-C2 Niveau in Deutsch und mindestens C1 in Englisch mit. Ebenfalls benötigen Sie tiefgehende Kenntnisse über das Bildungssystem in mindestens einem der drei Länder, vorzugsweise in Deutschland. Sie besitzen Business Development Erfahrung und bei der Erreichung der Wachstumsziele können Sie auf gute Erfolge verweisen.
