During the summer holidays Cheltenham Ladies’ College welcomes and provides a range of Summer Schools, including large international language schools and in-house educational courses delivered by College.

The Thinking Pianist is a residential piano course for adults, held on the site of Cheltenham Ladies’ College at the end of July each year. Accepting up to 30 attendees, the course uses a talented faculty of piano teachers and wellbeing experts to offer a holistic approach to playing and teaching piano at an advanced level.

We have an opportunity for a Course Administrator to assist The Thinking Pianist Course Director with general administrative tasks and logistics in relation to the setting up, coordinating and monitoring of this annual adult residential course.

Successful candidates will have experience in a customer service setting and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office packages e.g. Excel) as well as being able to work effectively as part of a team and to deadlines.
