WHAT WE DO


We are a developing and growing industry responsive Manufacturing Technologies Department. We are looking for a highly motivated Course Leader to take responsibility within our Engineering workshop to deliver vocational pathways of study to apprentices and full time students.


You will work within a team delivering C&G and EAL qualifications from level 1 to level 3. We are a small, growing friendly team and pride ourselves on the importance we attach to well-being as well as academic achievements.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


Retention, achievement, progress/value added, attendance and positive progression rates for an identified course or courses

High quality and effective planning and delivery across the course team

Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding to learners ensuring successful outcomes

YOUR PROFILE


Hold a minimum of NVQ 3 or specialist qualification in the curriculum area/specialist subject

Level 5 Teaching Qualification (desirable)

Knowledge and experience within the engineering and manufacturing industry
