About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Course Leader, with a broad multidisciplinary background in fashion, to join our growing Further Education provision.

The Course Leader will be a key member of the curriculum delivery team, providing day-to-day operational management and leadership to our Group Lead Lecturers, and will be responsible for the course currency, quality, and performance of teaching, with a specific focus on enhancing attainment and the student experience, whilst developing an innovative creative curriculum.

This role will have the responsibility for our second-year students on our Level 3 Fashion Business Retail programme.

About you

  • The role is ideal for either an experienced Course Leader or Programme Manager, or an ambitious individual in a relevant more junior role looking to take the next step in their career.
  • We are looking for a committed team player who has effective and innovative curriculum development, course, and programme management skills, with up-to-date knowledge of their subject area and current Post 16 education, policy and practice.
  • Whilst this role will be responsible for a Fashion Business Retail programme, we are encouraging applications from all relevant specialisms.
  • You must have great communication and organisational skills, as well as good IT, digital and administrative abilities.
