Job overview

We are seeking an organised and experienced individual to join our successful team at Harrow College.  The role would involve teaching across a range of ESOL courses.  You would also be responsible for the development and management of the curriculum and leading a team of Lecturers.

You will need to possess a degree, an approved English Language Specialist Teaching qualification (minimum CELTA/ Cert TESOL), and an advanced level teaching qualification (PGCE/DET or ESOL specialist equivalent).  You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ successful teaching in ESOL, the ability to supervise a team and some curriculum and curriculum design and development experience.
