Situated close to the centre of Cambridge and on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Long Road is a popular and successful Sixth Form College with 2,300 16-19 year old full-time students. Long Road was judged by OFSTED to be Good all five categories, and we are now taking the next steps to become an Outstanding College.

We are looking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and qualified Course Team Leader in ICT to join and lead our dedicated team of specialist teachers in enabling our students to achieve their full potential.
You will be a dynamic and dedicated ICT specialist, with the ability to teach on our Level 3 Applied ICT course, as well as consistently providing high quality lessons and promoting a positive and professional example to both staff and students. You will be highly motivated and we will absolutely encourage you to develop innovative and supportive approaches to inspire our students to achieve their maximum potential.

The salary ranges from £24,765 to £40,418 (pro rata), plus annual CTL Allowance Band 2 (£2,674). Whilst this is a full-time contract, an 80% contract will be considered for the right candidate. This role will commence in April 2021, however, a later start date can be negotiated for the ideal candidate.

Long Road is a thriving, successful post 16 Sixth Form College with 2,400 students on roll, in post-16 studies.
