In the heart of the city’s cultural quarter, Leeds College of Music is a contemporary conservatoire preparing students for successful careers in the creative industries.

Part Time: 29.5 hours per week: Monday-Friday 8am to 1.30pm x 4 days and 8am to 4pm x 1 day (to be agreed with the Head of FE)

Grade 3: £18212 - £19828 per annum pro-rata

Based in the conservatoire’s Registry Department, the FE Courses Administrator provides support to Further Education academic programmes across all day-to-day activities, taking a pro-active approach to supporting teaching and learning activities. Acting as a point of contact for staff and students, the postholder will contribute to the excellent customer service provided by the course administration team.

Applicants must have 5 GCSEs A*-C (or equivalent), including English Language. They should working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general office and administration experience. Experience of working in an education and/or customer service environment is desirable. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work effectively within a team.
