37 hours per week (6.45 am start)

Term time only (38 weeks per year)

The College seeks to appoint a Cover Administrator and Office Support to join our team and to organise and manage daily teacher cover to ensure all lessons are covered, when there is staff absence, as required.

The cover administrator part of this post would usually be completed before 10.00 am and the remaining hours would then be to provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and Main Office.  

Due to the nature of the role, the start time is not negotiable.

The post would suit an individual with excellent organisation and communication skills with a flexible approach towards the working day.  You will need to be well organised, able to work on your own initiative and have excellent IT skills.  Full training and support will be provided.

Cromwell Community College is a co-educational secondary school located in the market town of Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. It educates around 1,100 pupils aged 11-18. The school became a comprehensive in 1969 and converted to academy status in 2012. 

Over the years, Cromwell Community College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation, with the most recent project completed in 2012. The school has its own sixth form, with dedicated facilities and study areas for post-16 students.
