We’re looking for an influential communicator and problem-solver with strong organisational and administrative skills. The job entails arranging cover, liaising with external supply agencies, coordinating a team of Cover Teachers and working with the Data Team on key administrative tasks. Training will be given.
You will :
- Ensure that the timetable is covered during teacher absence providing an efficient, effective and equitable service
- Deploy both the school's Cover Teachers and agency supply staff efficiently and effectively
- Ensure that supply staff are aware of the relevant school procedures, especially around Safeguarding and routines of excellence
- Support the efficient and effective delivery of timetabling and key data operations, such as room changes and examination venues
- Maintain records of staff attendance using Excel
You will be part of an extended data team which analyses statistical information from many sources to monitor student progress and the success of the school as a whole. The team is committed to effective collaborative working practices designed to evenly spread workload and enhance resilience.

Wilmslow, a pleasant commuter town with a population of about 32,000, is situated on the southern outskirts of Manchester.
