Salary Grade: SC5 Spine Point 12 - 15

Salary Range: £31,716.00 – £33,204.00 (AYR salary)

Actual Salary: £20,593.70 – £21,923.76 per annum

Hours per week: 25hrs, (term time only plus two weeks) start time: 7:00am (to12pm)

We are seeking to appoint a Cover Officer to join our administrative team, under the direction of our Office Lead. The successful candidate will have responsibility for:

● the management and administration of staff absence

● arranging cover for absent teaching staff 

● organisation of events in school including room changes and staff deployment

● preparation of summary information for senior staff on a daily basis

● providing administrative support to senior and middle managers.

Experience of working successfully with school software or evidence of the ability to train is essential. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a school environment and will have good interpersonal skills along with well-developed office skills.
