Salary - Grade 6 £24,338 - £27,075pa FTE
Actual salary £21,470 - £23,885 pa
Hours - 37hrs per week, 40 weeks per year (term-time plus 5 INSET days, plus 5 days)
Wilmington Grammar School for Girls was founded in 1958, our school has been helping girls to secure outstanding academic results and providing a well-rounded experience for over half a century. We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers and provide support for students, ensuring their safety and access to learning.
Our ideal candidate will:
· To supervise students engaged in learning activities to ensure that the learning objectives set by the teacher are achieved.
· To ensure the good behaviour of the pupils and make sure the pupils engage in the pre-set learning activity.
· To act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct to ensure that good behaviour is maintained.

From Year 7 to Year 11, students are taught in a single sex environment. In sixth form however, we offer an unparalleled range of curricular opportunities through our partnership with Wilmington Grammar School for Boys.
